Pollux Systems began as a medical billing software company, offering solutions to Radiology groups. In 1989, we made the jump from medical software to offering medical billing services. Our first office was located in Paducah, KY. Over the next decade, we grew our client base and extended our reach regionally, opening an office in Evansville, IN, which serves as our headquarters today.

In 2000, new ownership reengineered the company to offer Practice management Consulting, Technology Solutions, Document Management Solutions, and Payment Lockbox Technology to accompany our elite Revenue Cycle Management services.

In 2007, we made the decision to invest in new medical billing software, sunsetting the old PMB (Pollux Medical Billing) system. This provided our company the technology and capacity to provide services for large physician practice. Shortly after the new technology was fully implemented, we established a strong market share in the Northeastern United States with several large physician groups.

In 2012, we expanded our reach once again to the Northeast United States. We added an office in Philadelphia, PA to service immense growth in this part of the country.

In 2013, we began to diversify our service offerings through RCM Consulting, document management and payment lockbox services via acquisition (Pollux Business Services) company.

Today, Pollux Systems is a national billing company with clients across the United States. We continue to provide the best, most compliant revenue cycle solutions to the healthcare community.
